Witness History Come to Life in this Spectacular Show!
Combining dance, song, storytelling, and more, Spirits of the Red Sands is an interactive theatre experience unlike any other. This show portrays the initial clash and eventual coexistence of early colonial people and Aboriginal Australians.
You’ll witness Aboriginal rituals, experience powerful storytelling, and move between different sets representing different eras within a 19th century Australian village. The village is a treat for all senses, alive with sights, sounds, and activities of the era including weaving, carving, hunting, and fire-making. Perhaps most thrillingly, the live theatre experience is brought to life by a cast of 18 direct descendants of the very story they’re telling! It won’t be hard to see why Brisbane’s Tourism Board calls this experience a “must-do!”
Cap off the evening with a traditional chargrilled BBQ feast!
